Will the Real Hollywood Star Please Stand Up?Photo of Will with Toothbrush

Bloggers have been fiercely debating who offered the stronger performance in Sony Films Stranger than Fiction—Will Ferrell or Recycline's Preserve Toothbrush. The DVD release of Stranger than Fiction offers you the chance to decide for yourself. Update your Netflix queue or, better yet, win a Movie Night on Us (see below).

Obsessive... or Just Precise?

Movie Pack ImageIn Stranger than Fiction, Will Ferrell fixates on the number of times his Preserve Toothbrush polishes his pearly whites. Some call this behavior obsessive. Others just call it precise. Take our “Are You as Obsessed as Harold Crick?” quiz and you could win a Stranger than Fiction Movie Night on Us.

Hotter than Neil Diamond??

Photo of CoopYou know a town that spawned the likes of Neil Diamond, Jerry Seinfeld, Michael Jordan and Busta Rhymes has got something going for it. We’d like to add to the list of Great People from Brooklyn our friends at the Park Slope Food Coop (which many call America’s largest Coop). These Recycling Superstars have diligently recycled their number 5 plastics that the city does not take. Recycline and PSFC work together to get them up to our reprocessing facility where they are ground up into the material we use to make our Preserve brand products.

We are grateful to be partners with the dedicated folks at the Park Slope Food Coop. If you know of another organization that may be able to send us a lot of #5 material, we would love to hear from you. We have recycling facilities in Massachusetts and Illinois – it is most efficient and treads softly on Mother Earth if the recyclers are near these facilities.

It’s a Toothbrush, It’s a Razor, No…It’s a Cutting Board!

Cutting BoardIntroducing Preserve Cutting Board -- the latest innovation from Recycline. Used in kitchen countertops as part of the green building movement, the materials we use make for an innovative and versatile cutting board. The board combines a natural resin system and 100% post consumer recycled paper. The result is a solid and durable cutting board that is soft on your knives. The cutting board will be available in our online store and retailers near you later this spring. Email info@recycline.com to let us know if you want to be alerted when the product is available.

Without You, Recycling Would Be Pretty Lonely

You also know we love to give you the first peek at what’s in our product development pipeline. Take this month’s survey and you’ll be entered to be the first to try out our new recycled paper cutting board.
