Announcing Preserve® Kitchen: Designed for You—and the Planet
Eco-friendly toothbrushes and razors in the bathroom. Cups, plates and cutlery for the table. What’s next? The kitchen!
We are thrilled to announce our newest line of products--Preserve Kitchen. Made from the same recycled plastic as our other products, plus a new material made from 100% post-consumer recycled paper, Preserve Kitchen cutting boards, colanders, and food storage containers offer another solution for greening your home. Preserve Kitchen is our first series of products to emerge from our partnership with Evo Design, a leading product design firm. Preserve Kitchen hits the shelves in Whole Foods Market stores next week and you can buy the recycled paper cutting board here.
We’re eager to hear what you think of the new line. Send us an email and let us know!

Forbes.com Contest Update
We made the finals. And it’s all thanks to you! Thanks for voting for us in the Forbes.com Boost Your Business semi-final round. A couple of weeks ago, we flew to New York City and presented our business plan to a panel of judges. You can watch our pitch here. It’s really exciting to have made it to the Final Five (the contest started out with a thousand applicants) and, now, we have to ask…will you vote for us one more time? First prize is $100,000 and, for us, means the chance to launch our first marketing campaign directed to a mainstream audience. The voting process has a couple of steps and we’d be glad to assist you if you have any trouble with it. Click here to vote now. Thanks!

Green is The Big Idea
Tonight, Thursday 11/8 at 10PM EST, watch us on CNBC's "The Big Idea with Donny Deutsch." We’re Dreaming of a Green Christmas
All of us are looking for ways to gently nudge friends and family along the path of greener living. Whether you tie Preserve toothbrushes on to all of your holiday gifts, tuck a Preserve razor into your SO’s stocking, or buy your kid’s teacher a set of Preserve Kitchen food storage containers (they’re shaped like apples!), you have dozens of ways you can green the holidays with Preserve.
Every week between Thanksgiving and New Year’s, we’ll post a new Giving Green photo that features a creative holiday-oriented use of Preserve products. Every winner receives a new set of Preserve Kitchen products.
Send us your photo.

And the Winner is…
This summer, we asked you to generate a slogan for our first ever Preserve tee shirt. Winter’s coming and we’re getting chilly so we figured it was time to get the winning tee shirt made. We received hundreds of submissions and then asked you to vote on your favorite. Well, the people have spoken. Congratulations to Kate from Brookline, MA for being the brains behind “Green Now Comes in Color.” Kate will receive a shirt and a gift box of Preserve products. We’ll sell them in on our online store soon.

Preserve Gets Around
Preserve has popped up in some interesting places in recent weeks. We’re adding new retail partners everyday—increasing the number of places where you can find our Preserve everyday products to green your life. Welcome to our friends at Cole Hardware in San Francisco, the Kimpton Hotel Palomar in Virginia, and Fresh + Easy stores (just a few of the new partners we’ve begun working with in recent weeks).
Somewhere that you wish sold Preserve? Email us! If they open an account with us we’ll send you a Preserve giftpack to thank you for the lead.
Preserve also likes to get in on the fun when a great group of Greenies are hanging out and doing good things for the Earth. Recently, Preserve has been spotted at the Hamptons Film Festival (Alec Baldwin was seen drinking out of a Preserve tumbler in the Green Tent), a National Resources Defense Council event in NYC, and Green Halloween events across Seattle, WA to name just a few. We’ll also be out and about for a number of different events supporting America Recycles Day on November 15th (one of our favorite days of the year!).
